The hospital in its medium and long-term plan
envisages expansion programs to increase its capacity and raise
the standard of services as well. The major expansion areas assumed
are,
a) Increase of bedroom services for the inpatient by raising the
bed number from the current 30 to 250.
b) Construct 2 additional operation theaters and double the existing
surgical capacity.
c) Build-up all other related support services and facilities
through acquisition of additional medical and diagnostic equipment
of high technology, such as CT-scan, Radiotherapy, and helicopter
for emergency cases.
