Sheba Tannery Share company project is an investment designed to manufacture semi-finished and finished leathers from raw Sheep and Goat Skins and Hides. Taking technology and complexity, it shall be the leader in Ethiopia of its kind in the sector.
It includes technologically advanced tannery processes for the production of finished glove leathers, finished clothing leathers, finished shoe uppers and finished shoe lining leathers, and the environmental treatment and safe disposal of wastes, critical quality parameter automations and know-how transfer programs.
The project implementation office has developed various appraisal documents from the initial feasibility study and this present document is a short company profile covering only the important highlights of the project.
The Project is located in North Ethiopia at Wukro, Tigrai Region, about 42km North of Mekele (The capital of Tigrai Region).
