Addis Ababa, July13(ENA)--Youth and Sports Affairs Commission of the Addis Ababa City Government announcs plan to build an international gymnasium at a cost of three million Birr here in the metropolis.

Education and training department head with the commission, Sintayehu Bekele told ENA on Saturday that the gymnasium would be constructed with in the premise of Ras Hailu Sports and Education Center.

Sintayehu said the construction of the gymnasium, which will be launched soon, is expected to be finalized within the coming two years.

Center manager, Elias Zenebe said on his part the all-rounded gymnasium would host boxing, mass sports and other indoor games.
