SEPDF says reformation process necessary to tackle threats of nation's politics
Awassa July30 (ENA)--Cadres and executive members of the South Ethiopia Peoples' Democratic Front (SEPDF) says the on-going reformation process is indispensable to tackle the dangers of the nation's political system and bring about sustainable socio-economic development.
The front's cadres and executive members told ENA recently that the reformation process was quite appropriate and timely to root out corruption and anti-democratic practices from the country.
The renewal process helps promote the participation of the public in general and the scholars in particular in the over all development activities underway in the country, the members said.
They underlined the need to fight staunchly the trend of narrow nationalism and chauvinism, which they said, are a menace to the unity and solidarity of the people.
The members also underscored the necessity to forge ahead with the reformation process in a bid to build a corruption-free and transparent political system in the country.
