Japanese foreign minister to visit Ethiopia
Addis Ababa, Aug.23(ENA)--Japanese Foreign Minister, Yoriko Kawaguchi is expected to arrive in Addis Ababa on Monday to pay a two-day official visit to Ethiopia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced.
The minister would meet senior Ethiopian government officials including Prime Minister Meles Zenawi and Foreign Minister Seyoum Mesfin, and confer on bilateral cooperation and other issues of mutual interest.
According to the Ministry's press release, Kawaguchi is also scheduled to give lecture on "African Development" at a conference jointly organized by the African Union (AU) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA)
