10. Staff

As of the first semester of the 1999/2000 academic year, the university has 178 regular, full-time academic staff members of which 5 are professors, 4 associate professors, 29 assistant professors, 91 lecturers, 2 assistant lecturers, 29 graduate assistants, 29 technical assistants. This figure does not include those on study and research leaves. About 32 of the full-time academic staff currently at work in the university have already obtained their terminal degrees and a good number are presently studying towards Ph.D. degrees abroad.
