Organisational Structure of the IBCR IBCR has one center (Plant Genetic Resources Center), five departments (Animal Genetic Resources, Microbial Genetic Resources, Ecosystem Conservation, Biotechnology & Biosafety, and Ethnobiology) and four services (Policy, Plan and Program, Audit & Inspection, Information, and Administration & Finance services) as shown in the diagram below.
