Addis Ababa, May 19(ENA)--A festival introducing Ethiopian culture and Coffee was held in Austria, Vienna recently, a press release by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

The festival was organized by Vienna-based Afro- Asia Institute and Austrian governmental offices and other international agencies.

The Ethiopian Embassy carried out various events that promote Ethiopia to the outside world.

Writings describing the historic origin of Coffee and its cultural values for Ethiopia were distributed to participants of the festival.

Posters and pictures promoting the country were also exhibited.

Invited guests have been shown Ethiopian Coffee ceremony and also tasted the coffee.

Ethiopian Ambassador to Austria Halima Mohammed had held interview with Austrian based ORF Radio on Ethiopian coffee ceremony.

Artists from Africa and Asia displayed musical show at the festival attended by 800 people.
